Service Agreement
SERVICE AGREEMENT
Before we get too deep into the required parts of our process, please understand we simply want to meet your expectations while also taking care of our crews. Our crews venture out each day very unsure of what they'll meet for the day. These expectations set forth in the agreement help us align our goals and ensure that when they show up and perform the work you, the Client, signed up for, they'll also be compensated for their time.
This Auto Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned customer ("Client" or "You") and Jet Athletica, LLC DBA Hillbilly Detailing ("Contractor", "We", "Us", or "Our"), effective as of the date last signed below ("Effective Date"). The parties agree:
CANCELLATION POLICY
48+ hours notice: No fee
24-48 hours notice: $80 fee
Less than 24 hours notice: $150 fee
No call/No show: Full service amount charged up to $250
Client not present or vehicle unable to be detailed upon arrival: Full service amount charged up to $250
Hillbilly Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule based on staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. Gift certificate appointments follow the same cancellation policy.
Late Arrival
Hillbilly Detailing reserves the right to arrive up to 1 hour late. Sometimes job schedules are tight and we may need to push your appointment back a bit. Traffic can also have an impact on arrival times. We ask that you be patient with our arrival. Our policy is to send an "on the way" text.
Vehicle Access, Operation & Service Quality
When booking our services, you agree to provide GoDetail personnel with access and keys to your vehicle to perform auto-related services such as detailing, ceramic coating, tinting, wrap, wet sanding, and other cosmetic enhancement services. GoDetail endeavors to perform services to a high standard, aiming for a clean, damage-free exterior and spotless interior. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion. GoDetail is not liable for concerns raised thereafter or if you do not participate in the final inspection.
Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitation Of Liability
Hillbilly Detailing will document pre-existing damage but is not liable for pre-existing conditions. If damage occurs under Hillbilly Detailing’s care, Client will be notified. Hillbilly Detailing offers a ‘Make it Shine’ Guarantee in that with the specific package of time, Hillbilly Detailing crews will provide a high quality level of service. Depending on the condition of the vehicle, Hillbilly Detailing is unable to give any explicit guarantee in regards to the condition. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by Client for the service giving rise to the claim. Hillbilly Detailing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Fees, Service Terms & Payment
Fee is the "Total Cost" indicated on your order. If the job exceeds estimated time by over 20%, additional fees will be confirmed with Client. Payment due upon completion via Credit Card, Debit, or Cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until paid. Client pays Hillbilly Detailing’s collection costs. Unpaid jobs will be sent to collections in accordance with California Law and could affect Client’s credit rating if left unpaid.
Access Requirements and Safety
We can usually bring water and power to you; however, unless we've confirmed we may not be ready for it and this could cause a delay. If you do not have access to water or power within 100' of your vehicle please make sure you've notified Hillbilly Detailing. If we've confirmed water and power will be onsite, and we are unable to complete the appointment because there isn't any once we've arrived we reserve the right to charge a $150 cancellation fee.
You must disclose any harmful substances in the vehicle prior to detailing. You are responsible for any health/safety issues arising from your vehicle.
Feedback, Termination & Governing Law
We welcome your feedback at charlie@hillbillydetail.com. By booking our services, you agree that we may use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes unless you object in writing. This agreement is governed by California law.By booking and using our services, you certify that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the vehicle’s legal owner and are 18+ years of age. You agree to indemnify and hold Hillbilly Detailing harmless from any claims or damages arising from your lack of authority to enter into this agreement.
I Understand That
-Hillbilly Detailing does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our work. We do guarantee we will perform within the amount of time purchased with each package.
-Your payment to Hillbilly Detailing is expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle, not tied to the attainment of any specific outcome or result.
-Hillbilly Detailing limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
-If the job takes 20% longer than anticipated we reserve the right to charge an extra dirty fee totaling $50 per every half hour on top of the total cost at the discretion of Hillbilly Detailing employees (We will ask you before proceeding with extra charge).
-All Sales Are Final.
